an emergency during surgery hours (8.00am – 6.30pm Monday
to Friday)
please dial the surgery number 01280 702436 and press 2
for emergencies. This will put the caller straight through to the
Practice Nurse who will establish the nature of the emergency and
will contact the duty doctor.
NB This should not be used for making a regular
appointment. |

At night (6.30pm - 8.00am), at weekends (Friday

Threatening Emergencies
In life-threatening emergencies such as severe bleeding,
collapse, unconsciousness and severe chest pains, telephone 999 and
then call the surgery emergency line or the out of hours number for
the duty doctor.
