SUMMER 2010

Welcome to the summer adition of WHS latest news. We do apologise for the lack of recent updates and we will endeavour to do better this year.

Since our last update we have bid a fond farewell to a number of staff, not least our long serving Practice Manager Helen Robins. She has been replaced after an interim period by Brad Redford.

Other members of staff to retire or move to pastures new include:

Julie Keen

Newer members of staff include:
Jacqui Taylor
Jayne Shepherd
Dana Reid

Also, two other members of staff have been busy populating the local community, both Amanda Stimpson & Jo Docherty have had babies. We wish them all the best and look forward to welcoming them both back soon.

Looking forward to 2011 and onwards brings exciting news to the residents of Brackley. The proposals to redevelop the NHS Services are gathering a pace. NHS Nothants has approved the development of a purpose built Primary Care Centre. The proposals include:
- Relocating two GP Surgeries (including WHS).
- The provision of a 60 bed care home.
- A pharmacy.
- A NHS Dental facility.

In addition to the above there is to be plenty of off road parking for patients and a new bus stop.
