Please telephone the surgery and leave
your telephone number and the reason you want to speak to the
doctor with the receptionist. The receptionist will need to ask you some questions so that
the doctor is prepared to answer your query when he/she calls.
Please remember to switch off your answerphone and ensure your
telephone receives incoming calls from withheld number callers.
Telephone ring back times are likely to take place after morning
surgery, approximately 12 noon or afternoon surgery, approximately 6
pm.
At night (6.30 pm – 8.00 am), at weekends (Friday 6.30 pm – Monday 8
am) and on Bank Holidays, please call 0845 345 8995.

staffed by nurses and professional advisors, providing confidential
information on what to do if your or a family member feels ill,
particular health conditions, local health services and self help or
support organisations.
In life-threatening emergencies such as severe bleeding, collapse,
unconsciousness and severe chest pains, telephone 999 and
then call the surgery emergency line or the out-of-hours number for
the duty doctor.
